ICBC Argentina firmó un contrato de servicios por 5 años con IBM, con una inversión de US$ 63 millones. En el marco de este acuerdo, ICBC Argentina está redefiniendo la experiencia de sus clientes, con inteligencia artificial y nube de IBM, que le permiten mejorar el tiempo de respuesta al predecir el 75% de fallas específicas del sistema,  entender el comportamiento y las preferencias de los usuarios en su plataforma de home banking, reducir hasta un 30% las consultas de clientes a través de servicios online de Watson e innovar en experiencias personalizadas al impulsar la convergencia entre sucursales físicas y digitales.

Los bancos se enfrentan a cambios en los comportamientos y las expectativas de los consumidores en áreas como la banca en tiempo real, servicios móviles y el acceso a una visión más completa de sus finanzas. Para satisfacer los altos estándares de sus clientes, ICBC Argentina acelerara su transformación digital para ofrecer una experiencia más personalizada. Los clientes del banco podrán revisar más rápidamente sus finanzas, realizar transacciones y solicitar servicios adicionales sin tener que ingresar en una sucursal.
