 Según la 12° Encuesta de Escasez de Talento desarrollada por ManpowerGroup, Argentina registra los niveles más altos de la región, a pesar de haber disminuido respecto a la edición anterior del estudio

 ManpowerGroup Argentina, especializada en soluciones para el mercado laboral, presentó los resultados de su 12° Encuesta Global de Escasez de Talento, la cual indica que el 45% de los empleadores a nivel mundial manifiesta tener dificultades para cubrir posiciones específicas, alcanzando así el resultado más alto desde el comienzo de la encuesta.

 En Argentina, el valor se ubica por encima de la media, con un 52% de los empleadores que afirman tener problemas para cubrir puestos, lo cual representa una baja de siete puntos porcentuales respecto a la edición anterior del estudio, desarrollado en 2016. Sin embargo, el país se ubica entre los 11 que más dificultades presentan a nivel global y sigue liderando al ranking en América, acentuándose aún más en las pequeñas (57%) y grandes empresas (56%).

 La Escasez de Talento es un fenómeno que impacta en todas las industrias y organizaciones, pero se acentúa aún más debido a la volatilidad del mercado laboral actual, que impulsa a los empleadores a tratar de conseguir talento con la adecuada combinación de habilidades técnicas y blandas”, sostuvo Fernando Podestá, Director Nacional de Operaciones de ManpowerGroup Argentina. “Sin embargo, las empresas deberán entender que es necesario implementar un nuevo abordaje y convertirse en las constructoras del talento que necesitan ahora y en el futuro, en vez de buscar en el mercado a los candidatos ideales”.

Para el desarrollo de la Encuesta, ManpowerGroup consultó a casi 40.000 empleadores en 43 países alrededor del mundo, para entender no sólo el impacto del fenómeno de la escasez de talento en las organizaciones, sino también los motivos que lo generan, así como cuáles son las habilidades más requeridas e incluso las posibles soluciones que se están implementando para hacer frente a esta problemática global.

 Según los resultados de la investigación, los puestos más difíciles de cubrir en Argentina son:

  1. Trabajadores calificados: electricistas, soldadores, mecánicos.
  2. Representantes de ventas: B2B, B2C, contact centers.
  3. Técnicos: controladores de calidad, personal técnico.
  4. Ingenieros: químicos, electrónicos, civiles, mecánicos.
  5. Contabilidad y finanzas: contadores certificados, auditores, analistas financieros.
  6. IT: expertos en ciberseguridad, administradores de red, soporte técnico.
  7. Profesionales: gerentes de proyecto, abogados, investigadores.
  8. Personal de oficina: asistentes administrativos, asistentes personales, recepcionistas.
  9. Choferes: camión, delivery, construcción, transporte público.
  10. Maestros

Los trabajadores calificados se mantienen en el primer lugar desde la edición anterior de la Encuesta. Sin embargo, los Representantes de ventas escalan por primera vez en segundo lugar, desplazando a los Técnicos e Ingenieros al tercer y cuarto lugar.

 Por su parte, las principales causas que los empleadores locales le atribuyen a la Escasez de Talento son:

  • Candidatos que carecen de las habilidades duras necesarias: 27%
  • Falta de candidatos: 17%
  • Falta de experiencia en los candidatos: 17%
  • Carecen de las habilidades blandas requeridas: 13%
  • Esperan un pago mayor del que se ofrece: 10%
  • Esperan mejores beneficios de los ofrecidos: 8%
  • Otros / No sabe: 7%
  • Un asunto específico de la organización: 2%

Para hacer frente a la falta de candidatos calificados, las organizaciones a nivel global están implementando distintas estrategias y acciones:

  • Proporcionar capacitación y desarrollo adicional a su plantel actual (54%)
  • Ajustar los requisitos de educación o experiencia de la vacante (36%)
  • Reclutar fuera de las fuentes de talento tradicionales (33%)
  • Ofrecer beneficios adicionales (32%)
  • Explorar modelos de trabajo alternativos, como por contrato, independiente o temporal (30%)
  • Brindar paquetes salariales más altos (29%)
  • Ofrecer trabajo flexible o remoto (23%)
  • Tercerizar el trabajo a otra empresa o país (16%)
  • No persigue ninguna estrategia (11%)
Resto del Mundo

En el mundo, los empleadores de Japón (89%), Rumania (81%) y Taiwán (78%), reportaron las mayores dificultades para cubrir puestos vacantes, mientras que los de Reino Unido (19%), Irlanda (18%) y China (13%) afirman tener más facilidad.
