Lamentablemente la situación actual del país ya no tolera “tantos fallidos” y la “marcha atrás”, que los primeros meses de gobierno parecía la contracara inteligente de la obsecación kirchnerista, ha pasado, con la repetición permanente, de ser vista con agrado al fastidio, y ahora al horror, tanto para la propia tropa como para el resto de los ciudadanos.
Es que la lista de “errores remendados” es ya demasiado larga: improvisación y falta de audiencia pública para implementar el “tarifazo” al gas, incluido el fallo adverso de la Corte Suprema de Justicia. Ingenuidad y demora para actualizar el Impuesto a las Ganancias. Un error infantil que unió al “mundo peronista” en Diputados y que se logró frenar con una negociación de Rogelio Frigerio y los gobernadores en el Senado.
El acuerdo por el ex-Correo SA, de Franco Macri, y el cálculo de los haberes jubilatorios también entran en la lista de “errores no forzados” (en vocabulario tenístico), así como el feriado trasladable del 24 de marzo, medida innecesaria que desdibujó la autoridad presidencial, entre varias decenas más.
¿Errores de política? No, todo lo contrario. Errores absolutamente evitables, infantiles y que demuestran, al menos, una falta de timing político y de las verdaderas preocupaciones del ciudadano de a pie (en el Río de la Plata lo llamamos coloquialmente “falta de calle”).
El Gobierno, incluso, pateó el tablero con la noticia de que estudia un plan para abonar en efectivo y con bonos más de medio millón, todas las demandas previsionales. Ninguna otra administración podía jactarse de haberse dignado a pagarle a nuestros abuelos (en vida). La medida, tendría un costo fiscal de más de $ 120.000 millones. Pero…un error lo empaño. Ese mismo día hicieron mal el cálculo de los haberes jubilatorios, y un aumento se transformó en un escándalo, cuando se descubrió que sólo alcanzaba para comprarse un alfajor. La oposición, la gente de la calle, los periodistas. Todo el mundo gritó indignado. Pero algunos periodistas que entendimos que verdaderamente era un error, nos sumimos en el “horror” de ver como los funcionarios insisten en pisar sus propias cáscaras de banana.
Lo cierto es que, en un año electoral, Macri es quien está pagando todos los “platos rotos” de sus ministros. Las “purgas”, que supuestamente favorecían al ala política del gobierno, no demuestran ninguna efectividad y sólo parecen rencillas internas para los ciudadanos, que esperan que se termine el “prueba y error” del Gobierno, a casi un año y medio de haber asumido.
