Según una  investigación de Humanbrand sobre 930 casos, el 57% de los entrevistados en mandos medios y altos, aseguran no estar dispuestos a cambiar de trabajo en un contexto inflacionario como el de la Argentina actual. 

Las crisis implican inexorablemente tomar decisiones. Seguir con lo seguro y conocido, aunque no dé mayores ventajas, o arriesgarse y tratar de sacar provecho de las situaciones de cambio.

Según un sondeo realizado por el área de Investigación y Desarrollo de Humanbrand a una muestra de 930 casos a nivel nacional de manera online, el 57% de los ejecutivos argentinos no se arriesgaría a cambiar de empresa, mientras que el 43% sí lo haría, y de ellos, el 31% piensa que es necesario una propuesta superadora en dinero.

Entre los entrevistados,  el 54% son mujeres y el 46% hombres.

Para Alejandro Masco,  socio de Humanbrand, la tendencia se explica por los cambios económico-sociales y de comportamiento por el impacto de la tecnología. “A su vez los contextos de inestabilidad económica con alta tasa de inflación que por unos años habíamos olvidado, vuelven a estar presentes. Los trabajadores buscan y esperan que las empresas sean más humanas y se manifiesten de manera más natural”, agregó Masco.

El total de la muestra definió con un ranking distintos atributos que debería ofrecer la “empresa ideal” que les haga cambiar de trabajo y en orden de importancia se mencionan:

(1)  Puesto con nuevos desafíos laborales

(2) Trayectoria de la empresa

(3) Clima laboral

 (4) Salario mayor al 35% actual

(5) Empresa Multinacional

(6) Horarios flexibles y un día semanal de “home office”

 (7) Que el jefe no sea un baby-boomer

(8) Que la empresa no haya sido buleada en las redes

Cuando estos indicadores los separamos por genero, el hombre  prefiere una empresa con buena trayectoria, y en segundo término que el puesto signifique nuevos desafíos laborales.

Pablo Sartán otro de los socios de Humanbrand aclara, “La investigación deja en claro de manera contundente que el salario no es el eje más valorado por los trabajadores al momento de pensar en realizar un cambio de trabajo, aunque es importante en el contexto actual y ello lo vemos en el día a día. También forma parte de la imagen colectiva del mercado, que la Gen Y analiza como uno de los atributos las acciones de RSE que realiza la empresa, es verdad que es importante que lo hagan, pero en el actual contexto ocupa el puesto noveno frente a otros aspectos mucho mas valorados por los trabajadores como lo son el clima laboral por ejemplo”.

Es interesante observar como algunos parámetros han ido evolucionando con el correr de los años como por ejemplo la flexibilidad horario, el home office y la media jornada de los viernes. Luego, uno de los mayores fantasmas corporativos: ‘el bulying en las redes’ es un interesante interrogante, que parece que va a pérdida”, indica Carolina Buira, socia de Humanbrand.

Por su parte, el 63% de las mujeres entrevistadas no estaría dispuesta a cambiar de empleo en el contexto actual y sólo el 37% lo haría. El motivo fundamental es la perdida de la estabilidad, no obstante el 80% de las mujeres entrevistadas cambiarían de empleo con una propuesta superadora en un 35% sobre el salario actual y en esto coinciden con los hombres.

“Claramente la mujer es mas conservadora en épocas de inestabilidad, pero para valorar un cambio de empleo, consideran que es muy importantes que la nueva empresa les permita un desarrollo laboral y personal; en segundo lugar que se trate de un trabajo seguro y estable; y en tercera instancia que le proporcione altos ingresos. Es clave para las organizaciones escuchar lo que sucede, si consideramos que el 43% de los entrevistados en mandos medios y altos está dispuesto a cambiar de empleo y lo que mas valoran es la posibilidad de desarrollo. Esto constituye una oportunidad para que las empresas estén atentas y nosotros como mediadores podamos acompañar la demanda consolidando esta necesidad”, analizó Buira
