El podio quedó conformado por empresas de innovación y alto valor agregado en sus exportaciones. Dos de las tres fueron Pymes nacioanles.

El momento culminante del acto fue la entrega de los tres Primeros Premios. Al ser premios sorepresa, los mismos se develan recién en ese momento.

* Por sus méritos relevantes en la producción y comercialización en el exterior de productos de alta tecnología y valor agregado, recibió el Primer Premio Especial, la empresa Vetanco S.A. La distinción la retiró su vicepresidente, Horacio Mancini.

Vetanco, empresa de capital nacional, se dedica desde 1987 a la producción de especialidades para la sanidad animal. Ha crecido en el mercado local y externo con capacidad propia de investigación y desarrollo. Hace pocos días inauguró su tercera planta industrial, en General Rodríguez.

* Por su extensa trayectoria como compañía generadora de importantes exportaciones industriales y también líder en su rubro industria Química y Petroquímica, recibe un Primer Premio a la Exportación, Dow Argentina. Recibió su presidente, el Ing. Jorge La Roza.

* Como empresa nacional pionera en investigación y aplicación de desarrollos propios en biotecnología, con extensa trayectoria exportadora se hizo acreedora a un Primer Premio Especial a la Exportación, la empresa Biosidus S.A.
Recibió la distinción su presidente, el señor Santiago García Belmonte.

Con logros espectaculares, como el de animales transgénicos para producir proteínas terapéuticas, Biosidus viene incursionando con desarrollos biotecnológicos propios en los mercados emergentes de productos farmacéuticos. El próximo objetivo de la compañía es ingresar en los mercados altamente regulados de Estados Unidos, Europa y Japón.
