El programa se realiza desde hace varios a\u00f1os y tiene por objetivo mejorar el acceso al agua y a la educaci\u00f3n , capacitar a las mujeres y promover el desarrollo de la infancia por medio de tres pilares: mejoras en la infraestructura, asociaci\u00f3n con la comunidad y desarrollo de habilidades humanas.
